The Moses Fast is a daily, intentional fast where we take one hour each day to step away from anything that pulls our attention away from Christ. During this time, we will read one chapter of Psalms each day, beginning with Psalm 1 and concluding with Psalm 40.

From February 1 through March 12, we dedicate this hour to prayer, reflection, and seeking God’s presence—allowing Him to renew our focus, strengthen our faith, and guide us forward.
